My Philosophy

My aim is to support people through individualized coaching strengthen their self-efficacy, discover and establish new strategies and perspectives, and move closer to their personal goals and desired outcomes. Alongside this, I foster self-awareness and mindfulness through Yoga practices and sound bathing.

Together, these elements chart a pathway towards a healthier, more fulfilled life.

 

I deeply believe that genuine, lasting inner balance as well as resilience and a more empowered sense of self can only emerge from the harmonious integration of body, mind, and soul.

Dr. Daniel Molnar

I have always been a goal-oriented high performer, whether excelling in sports from a young age (district champion in athletics), completing long-distance cycling tours of up to 300 km/day (15,000 km/year), or pursuing focused academic achievements, including a PhD. In my scientific career, I was quickly promoted to to laboratory manager a role in which I lead a team with up to 12 people from diverse educational backgrounds and supervise PostDocs, PhD candidates and master´s students. 

However, everything changed one day when I realized the true impact of stress and the loss of connection to my body and emotions. Neglecting my own needs while living a life defined by others´ expectations, where functioning overruled the joy of living, eventually led to burnout. Recovery unfolded in stages, helping me to re-connect with myself: understanding my needs, and developing strategies to align my life with my true identity. Naturally, this recovery led me to re-discovering and re-establishing my daily practice of Yoga and meditation while also becoming certified as a Life & Business Health Coach and Yoga teacher (725 RYT). These practices deepened my knowledge of self-care, burnout prevention, establishing and preserving resilience. 

 

I learned how to better recognize my body´s signals, regain self-empowerment and strength, and maintain inner balance through these trainings and experiences. I also discovered how to develop and establish strategies for navigating stress-related challenges, including burnout. This journey ignited a deep passion for personal development and creating tailored solutions rooted in each person´s individual needs and goals.

 

For that reason I decided to re-focus my successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, channeling and sharing my knowledge and lived experience to help others, restore balance, build resilience, and develop sustainable approaches and strategies to unlock their full potential. 

 

It is also immensely important to me to support each client, ensuring the best possible process, creating a space where meaningful insights and impulses for personal growth can emerge.

  • Corporate career as Scientist in drug development in the pharmaceutical industry and  Principal Scientist/ Head of laboratory for over 10 years.

Sep. 2023 - Dec. 2024

  • Certified Life & Business Health Coach at the Inhesa Institute (according to the guidelines of the international coaching federation (ICF) & member of the ICF

  • Certified Team & Group Coach (Master Level) at the Inhesa Institute 

  • ​Certified and registered Yoga teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Meditation) & Sound Healing (725h RYT)

Mar. 1984 - Aug. 2003

  • Born and raised in a small town in southern Germany. Developed a love for Skateboarding, Snowboarding, Road Bicycling, Climbing and Natural Sciences.
