My Philosophy

My aim is to support people through individual coaching in strengthening their self-efficacy, discovering and establishing new strategies and perspectives, and moving closer to their personal goals and desired outcomes. Alongside this, I foster greater self-awareness and mindfulness through Yoga practices and sound bathing.

Together, these elements create a pathway toward a healthier, more fulfilled life.

I deeply believe that genuine, lasting inner balance as well as resilience and a more empowered sense of self can only emerge from the harmonious integration of body, mind, and soul.

Dr. Daniel Molnar

I have always been a high performer, driven by goals, whether excelling in sports from a young age (district champion in athletics), completing long-distance cycling tours of up to 300 km/day (15,000 km/year), or pursuing focused academic achievements, including a PhD. My career as a scientist in the pharmaceutical industry quickly advanced, with a promotion to laboratory manager, taking on multiple international projects while leading a team with up to 12 individuals with different educational backgrounds and supervising PostDocs, PhDs and students during their master theses beside.

However, everything changed one day when I realized the true impact of stress, the loss of connection to my body and feelings. Neglecting my own needs while living a life I was expected to, in which functioning overruled the zest of life led me to burnout. The journey to recovery involved several stages, helping me to re-connect with myself, understanding my needs, and developing strategies to align my life with my true identity. The re-discovery of Yoga and meditation practice a daily routine, becoming a Life & Business Health Coach (ICF) and Yoga teacher (725 RYT) while diving deeper into the topics selfcare, burnout prevention, establishing and preserving resilience were logical subsequent steps.

By the help of these trainings and this knowledge, I learned how to better recognize my body signs and regain self-empowerment and strength while preserving my inner balance. Furthermore, I experienced how to establish strategies to overcome stress-related challenges, including burnout. This sparked my passion for personal development and creating tailored solutions based on individual needs and goals.

For that reason I decided to re-focus my very successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, sharing my knowledge and learnings to help people to (re-)establish balance in their life, enhance resilience, generate sustainable approaches and strategies to finally utilize their full potential.

Furthermore, it's important to me to ensure the best possible process alongside the client, creating a space where key insights and impulses for personal progress can emerge.
