This package is ideal for individuals feeling mentally tense who would like to first decelerate the thinking processes, re-connect with their body and then co-create approaches and strategies for their private or professional life.

After the 30 minutes briefing call (free of charge) to elucidate the topic and to clarify the subsequent procedure and causalities, an appointment for the individual coaching will be scheduled. 

 

During the 1:1 online Yin Yoga class (60 min) mindfulness work, increased body awareness and sensation will be practiced. The long holds (2-7 min) of the body posture (asanas) result in deep stretches of the muscles and connective tissues which helps to release tensions and emotions. This facilitates the establishment of a deeply relaxed state of mind which is ideal for co-creation of strategies and approaches based on your individual topic during the 1:1 coaching session (90 min).

Why do you offer Coaching in combination with Yoga practices?

Personally I have experienced the benefits of Yoga practices which supported me during profound personal happenings and events. With the help of different Yoga practices the body awareness & sensation is increased, mindfulness is practiced, the muscles are lengthened and strengthened and at the same time the joint mobility is increased. To increase the awareness and body sensation significantly increases the self-perception and can support the client optimally during the change process and beyond. Furthermore, it constitutes a valuable option to develop a healthy and sustainable routine which helps to relax the body and mind and can easily be applied and relied on at any time. The calmness of the mind and thought processes after Yoga practice helps to make conscious, sustainable and thoughtful decisions.

Self-efficacy is described as an individual's belief in one´s capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments (Bandura (1)-(3)). Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to perform control over one's own behavior, motivation, and social environment.
