I Need a Pause Retreat

This package is ideal if you are longing for a pause from the hectic, demanding day-to-day life, the responsibilities and burdens. Re-energize in a beautiful environment while experiencing physical & mental relaxation and nourishing your body with tasty vegetarian (optional vegan) food.

Located in a beautiful surrounding you will experience three full days which include learning new relaxation techniques and applying them, obtaining information which are centered around the topic `healthy lifestyle. The retreat includes a daily offer of joint Hatha or Yin Yoga classes, and joint sound bathing and optionally sauna usage and ice bathing. Not to forget, exploring the beautiful surrounding nature and of course enjoying tasty vegetarian or vegan food. 

 

The basic concept of this retreat is to provide you a carefree and relaxed experience, lower the input sources (distraction by cellular phones, social media etc.) and exclusively focus on practices strengthening the overall well-being and relaxed state of mind. 

 

If wished, there of course always exists the possibility to deepen the yoga practice via 1:1 Yoga classes, or to receive individual (1:1) or small group (up to 3 persons) sound bathings for deep relaxation of the mind, or to have individual coaching sessions to address persisting or upcoming topics. These options require additional booking.
